The MESS Hall is gearing up for our first large-scale, in-person fundraiser since before the Pandemic.
Bubbles, Brews, and Bites will take place at the SCI building on Garden on Oct 5, 2023.
The event will be a walk-about tasting, and the theme is food preservation (fermentation, smoking, ceviche, health benefits, etc). We anticipate about 300 attendees.
We hope you are able to participate as a gourmet vendor. We are open to your ideas and can connect science to almost anything.
As we get a final list of chefs, we will ensure there is no overlap.
