Pensacola, Florida – Pensacola Little Theatre (PLT) reveals the return of Pensacola’s biggest party on May 6: Cabaret off Broadway.

Cabaret, the theatre’s biggest annual fundraiser, is an immersive experience where art becomes the life of the party, with guests enjoying an eclectic variety of local talent and celebration in one evening. This year’s Broadway theme showcases iconic productions like Hamilton, Chicago, and Wicked, transforming the theatre and surrounding block into an indoor/outdoor entertainment complex.

For one night, guests are surrounded by the local talent showcased within The Clark Family Cultural Center throughout the year, including aerialists, singers, dancers, live musicians, actors, drag performers, bands, DJs, projectionists, flash mobs, graffiti artists, cartoonists, and every drop of drama in between. This all-inclusive experience also features six open-bar venues and culinary art. The party’s head planner and presenting sponsor, Susan Clark Waters, describes this year’s theme as the most true to mission yet.

“We’ve had every theme you can imagine – decades, colors, cities, movies – but Cabaret off Broadway is set to be the most theatrical experience yet,” says Waters. “PLT is excited to get back to our theatre roots and celebrate our volunteers by showcasing productions we wouldn’t normally be able to feature on the stage in a single performance, so we’ll produce them all in one night!”

Tickets for the creative carouse are $150, and the proceeds support Pensacola Little Theatre’s diverse cultural programming in arts education and community arts initiatives. By putting art front and center, Cabaret fuses local talent and celebration to showcase the purpose behind the party.
